System Notifications Were Added to Prospect Timeline

When viewing the prospect profile, you will now see our automated messages in the timeline. These include a description of the notification, a tag indicating if it was sent via SMS or email, and can be expanded to show the full SMS message that was sent.

You’ll also find a “Notifications” filter at the top to isolate these messages in the timeline.

Email Notifications for New Messages

You can now enable email notifications to be sent to you when a new message comes in on your phone line. You have the option to receive an immediate email, or one if the message remains unread for an hour.

In order to enable these notifications, click on your name in the lower, left corner of the screen and go to the Notifications section of your profile.

Improvements & Fixes

• The prospect page, in general was updated to better accommodate large monitors and mobile devices.
• Adjusted the length of the unit list when ordering condition reports to better accommodate larger buildings.
• Updated the weekly report to look at the full, active lease period, instead of just pulling data since the last change in showing type.

Improvements & Fixes

• The scam warning shown to prospects was enhanced to require the lead to check a box next to each item in the list before they can proceed.
• New Android and iOS versions of the mobile app were released.
• A bug was fixed with the AppFolio integration where the YouTube url was not syncing from AppFolio to Showdigs.
• The AppFolio integration sync has been updated to improve its ability to get listing data for properties that haven’t been recently updated in AppFolio.
• The listing widget had an issue with the pet policy filter, which has been fixed.
