Improvements & Fixes

• When scheduling a tour outside the configured showing windows with "Based on schedule" selected as the assignee, those times are now correctly flagged as unavailable with a prompt to choose a specific assignee instead.
• Fixed an incorrect open house end time displayed on the prospect's scheduling page in certain timezones.
• Fixed a regression where PMs and admins could not schedule tours for a property with paused showings, restoring the ability to override the pause as before.
• The Boom screening integration webhook is now working correctly for connected accounts.
• Fixed incorrect property type mappings from Rentvine (Duplex and Multiplex) that were causing some units to be excluded from syndication feeds.

Schedule Any Tour, Any Time

The "Add Inquiry" dialog in the PM UI has been rebuilt around flexibility. You can now schedule a tour on any date and time, even outside your configured showing windows. Days outside your schedule are highlighted so you know what you're overriding, and time slots clearly show you whether they're open, need a rule override (with a warning explaining why), or are genuinely blocked. You can also pre-confirm attendance on the prospect's behalf when you know they'll show, no confirmation SMS required. The whole flow lives in one dialog so it doesn't feel like jumping between screens.

Agent App: Inbox for Property Managers

PMs who use the Agent App now have a dedicated Inbox. You can browse open and archived conversations, search prospects, read and send messages or notes, and archive conversations when you're done, all from your phone. It's accessible from the bottom nav and links directly from tours and prospect pages.

Improvements & Fixes

• When your Showdigs leasing line is your main contact number, prospects visiting your contact pages in the lead flow now see a button to send you a text message, along side the button to call you so SMS-first leads have an easy path.
• When AppFolio or Rentvine fails to sync your application URL during unit activation, you can now enter it manually or retry on the spot, instead of having to disable and re-enable the sync.
• When your calendar integration disconnects or expires, Showdigs will now email you so you can reconnect before it affects your availability.
• The "Insert Template" dropdown in the prospect messaging area now scrolls, so all your saved templates are reachable no matter how many you have.
• Fixed a bug where the "Next available tours" slot in the lead flow would only auto-populate once after navigating between units.
• Fixed a bug where leads trying to cancel a confirmed tour via SMS did not receive an automated reply.
• Fixed a bug where the leasing phone line was sending a generic listings URL in follow-up texts instead of the PM's business website.
