Schedule Templates
You can now create showing schedule templates from your Settings > Showings page. This will allow you to create team schedules that you will then be able to select and further customize when starting showings for a property. These can be especially helpful for teams with a regular schedule, but where multiple agents typically cover properties at different times of day.
Income-to-Rent Ratio Voucher Calculation Options
You can now choose how you would like housing vouchers to factor into your income-to-rent ratio pre-screening criteria. You can choose to treat the voucher like income and compare that with the rent. You can choose to compare the prospect’s income to the portion of the rent that they’re responsible for (aka the rent minus any vouchers). Or you can choose to simply auto-qualify anyone with a voucher. You can read more details about these options in our help center.
Improvements & Fixes
- When you add a video url to your property, prospects will see a “Video Walkthrough” button on the Showdigs listing
- A bug was fixed where the final invoice wasn’t appearing on the Transactions page after cancelling

Improvements & Fixes
- A bug was fixed that was causing certain tours not to be added to a PM’s calendar
- The “Pause Until” time has been fixed so that it you can always choose a time
- “On the market but not showing” has been removed, as it doesn’t align with our new PMS integrations
- “Move in Costs” were renamed to “Security Deposit” to better align with its use, and was also moved from the Pre-screening section to the Listing section of a property
- We are now synchronizing “Property Type” from Buildium and Rentvine
