Flexible Self-Showing Hours
You now have the ability to customize your self-showing hours business-wide. You can restrict hours for the winter months, you can expand hours to better accommodate more prospects before or after work… allow prospects to tour at any time. You can set your business’s self-showing availability from Settings > Showings.
Along with this, we’ve added the ability for you to be able to better manage self-showings, by rescheduling and cancelling tours. You can also view access codes for each tour, so you can assist prospects that may be having trouble

What’s changing…
- Tour pricing will increase to $49 per tour across all markets
- Vacant property check pricing will increase to $50 per report across all markets
- New policy: We will implement a $44 charge for no-shows or cancellations that occur within 30 minutes of the scheduled appointment time.
What’s staying the same…
- Software subscription - No changes to your current pricing
- Move-In / Move-Out Report - No changes to your current pricing
- Periodic Report - No changes to your current pricing
These adjustments allow us to continue investing in our technology platform, maintain our high-quality service standards, and ensure our showing professionals are fairly compensated for their time and commitment to your properties.
Improvements & Fixes
- The survey responses included in the weekly report have been limited to just those from the past 7 days to clean up the data and prevent duplicate responses appearing every week.
- A “New Inquiry” button was added to the prospect details slider in the Leasing page to allow for easy tour scheduling.
- Inquiries received with a property of interest, but not a specific unit, were previously hidden. We’ve made an adjustment to have these inquiries added to the Leasing and Unit > Prospects pages so you can communicate with leads as needed.
