Multiple Assignees for Showing Windows

Property managers can now assign more than one team member to a showing window, making it easier for leasing teams to share tour coverage without creating separate windows for each person.

When multiple assignees are selected, tours can be assigned by priority order or round robin. Priority order sends tours to the first available team member in the list, while round robin rotates assignments across available team members. This update also adds window duplication, so teams can quickly reuse the same schedule and assignment setup across different days and templates.

Improvements & Fixes

• The AI Leasing Agent now checks a full week of available tour times, handles listing searches more reliably across states, and is less likely to repeat incorrect rent details.
• The AI Leasing Agent now shares the property manager’s business phone number when a lead needs contact information.
• Showami availability labels now use stricter thresholds, so pickup predictions better reflect the real chance of coverage.
• Public listing API responses now include the AppFolio unit ID, giving integration partners a more reliable identifier to match listings.
• Lead SMS replies after post-tour follow-ups now connect to the correct scheduled inquiry more reliably.
• Inbox unread badges should no longer persist when there are no unread messages.
• AI listing retrieval is more reliable in production.

Improvements & Fixes

• Property managers can now add more than one webhook URL from Settings > Integrations, making it easier to send Showdigs events to multiple systems.
• AppFolio legacy listings now use larger listing photos for lead pages and syndication feeds, so prospects see higher-quality images.
• Buildium listings no longer reuse the first unit photo as the property photo, which prevents outdated unit images from appearing as the main property image on multi-unit listings.
• Active-day counts in the PM dashboard now use the lease period consistently.
• Rescheduling into an occupied Showami slot now clears the previous Showami assignment correctly instead of leaving stale tour state.
